New York – Citi ranks the highest in customer satisfaction for small business banking as clients are increasingly focused on their creditworthiness and the availability of credit that will help them grow their businesses, according to a new report from J.D. Power.
The national ranking replaces four regional segments and employs new methodology that is more reflective of the evolution of small business banking and how business owners visualize satisfaction with their primary banking partner, according to J.D. Power.
