Davida is Senior Vice President of Sustainability & ESG at Citi, having joined the bank in 2014. Her work centers on the development and execution of Citi’s sustainability initiatives and programs, including the bank’s Sustainable Progress Strategy and $1 trillion sustainable finance commitment by 2030. She engages with company-wide internal global functions, regional banking teams and external stakeholders to advise and build company-wide awareness of ESG and climate change related trends, opportunities and risks.
Prior to joining Citi, Davida was Head of Member Engagement at The Climate Group, a non-profit organization dedicated to driving action to create a net-zero emission global economy, where she worked with Fortune 500 companies on greenhouse gas emissions reduction initiatives.
Before that she was at The Earth Institute at Columbia University, she managed corporate relations and oversaw professional development for the institute’s sustainability-related education programs. Previously, she worked in consulting and feature film production and development.
Davida serves on the board of the New York League of Conservation Voters Education Fund. She has an M.S. from Columbia University in sustainability management and a B.A. in media studies from George Washington University.

Emily Turner - Head of Innovation and Business Development, Institutional Clients Group
Emily Turner is the head of innovation and business development for Citi’s Institutional Clients
Group (ICG). In this role, she is responsible for embedding and accelerating innovation efforts
for the ICG. She also leads electronification activities, and the identification and pursuit of future
growth opportunities, through both internal incubation and external startups. Given her remit,
Emily is a member of the ICG management team and also aligned to Citi Ventures.
Previously, Emily was the head of Citi Ventures UK and co-led Citi’s internal growth engine,
D10X. In this role, she spearheaded efforts to identify, validate and launch new growth
opportunities across the ICG. Leveraging the principles of Corporate Entrepreneurship and
Lean Startup, she focused on corporate innovation to solve for clients’ needs and was closely
involved in the launches of CitiConnect® for Blockchain and ProxymitySM.
Emily joined Citi Ventures in 2016 from Citi’s Markets and Securities Services group, where she
held multiple roles in Client Strategy, Client Management and Business Development.
Prior to Citi, Emily worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in London and
she has a depth of experience in financial services through her previous roles at Merrill Lynch,
ABN Amro and UBS.

Erika is Citi’s Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer and Global Head of Talent, responsible for developing global diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and driving Citi’s agenda on talent planning, succession planning and leadership development.
Prior to joining Citi, Erika was Chief Diversity Officer at Goldman Sachs from 2018 to 2021 and Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Bloomberg from 2015 to 2018. Prior to this, she led executive and diversity hiring efforts at Bank of America and Lehman Brothers.
Erika's background includes a range of banking and finance roles, including Head of Business Development for Black Entertainment Television, Senior Associate in High Yield Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley and Senior Policy Analyst for Domestic Finance for the United States Department of the Treasury. She began her career as an Analyst in Public Finance at Lehman Brothers.
Erika is Vice Chair of the Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation and serves on the Board of the Riverside Hawks.
Erika earned a BS in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Fiona Horsewill is a Managing Director, with responsibility for the global data and digital strategy for Custody and Fund Services. She joined Citi in December 2017.
Prior to joining Citi, Fiona spent 8 years at Northern Trust where she was the global head of Product management and development for the Corporate and Institutional Division, and the global head of IRAS (Performance attribution, Compliance & Risk Analytics), servicing corporate and institutional clients.
Fiona also held various iNED positions and served on the European Executive Management Committee during her tenure at Northern Trust. Prior to Northern Trust, Fiona’s career covered institutions such as Lehman Brothers and prestigious Investment Management firms, where Fiona was responsible for the Middle Office and Operations groups alongside large scale technology implementations and change programs.

Matthew is the Global Head of Direct Custody and Clearing at Citi. With more than 20 years of industry experience across asset management and securities services, he is responsible for the overall strategy and growth of the direct custody and clearing business.
Matthew joined Citi in 2017 as EMEA Head of Sales for Custody, Fund Service, Securities Lending and Collateral management.
Prior to Citi, Matthew was at JPMorgan for 14 years where he was the EMEA Head of Custody and Global Head of Investor Services FX. He also sat on the board of the European banking entity which was responsible for the depository and custody businesses. He started his career at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers.
Matthew holds a B.A in Economics from the University of Exeter.

Naveed Sultan is a Managing Director and Chairman of Citi’s Institutional Clients Group. With over 30 years of institutional banking experience, Mr Sultan has been at Citi for over 26 years in a range of increasingly senior roles and is currently responsible for leading the digital policy, strategy and advisory practice across all client segments. This practice advises governments in their development of policies to digitize their economies including their financial systems. It also provides guidance and thought leadership to corporates and financial institutions to transform their businesses and operating models to stay relevant in an increasingly digital world. In this role, he also engages in driving the developing markets strategy for Citi.
Prior to his current appointment in Q4, 2020, Mr Sultan was the Global Head of Treasury and Trade Solutions within Citi’s Institutional Clients Group. This multi-billion dollar business (2019 rev., $10.3bn) is one of the largest global businesses within Citi’s Institutional Clients Group encompassing integrated working capital solutions including: payments, trade and supply chain, export agency finance, liquidity and investment management, wholesale card services, information services, receivables, consulting and digital services. It provides solutions to public sector clients, corporates and financial institutions - a client base that includes over 85% of the Fortune 500 global companies, 700+ public sector clients, ~1,400 banks, ~1,600 asset managers and 600+ insurance companies in over 120 countries.
Mr Sultan is a member of the Operating Committee of the Institutional Clients Group. He chaired the Global Innovation Council for Treasury and Trade Solutions with direct responsibility for its Innovation Centres in Dublin and Singapore.
Mr Sultan is currently serving as the member of Imperial Business School Advisory board. He has previously served as the elected chair on the Transaction Banking Global Leaders Group and served on the boards of Citibank Europe plc, Citibank A.S.,Turkey, LCH.Clearnet and Smart London Board; an advisory board to the Mayor of London. He led the development of Digital Money Index, Digital Money Symposium and the Centre of Global Finance and Technology with the Imperial College. Mr Sultan also led the establishment of The Centre for Responsible Leadership at Imperial. He is an advisor to both centres.
Mr Sultan has wide-ranging experience covering Corporate Finance, Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, Consumer Banking, Operations & Technology and is a regular speaker and author on such topics.
Mr Sultan holds an M.S. in Management from M.I.T’s Sloan School of Management as well as an M.B.A. from the Institute of Business Administration, Lahore.

Okan Pekin is a Managing Director and the Global Head of Securities Services at Citi. Based in London, Okan oversees an integrated range of services supporting the post-trade requirements of clients, including clearing, custody and fund services.
Okan joined Citi in Turkey in 1989 and has since held various roles across the firm. Most recently, Okan was the Global Head of Prime, Futures and Securities Services, as well as the Global Head of its predecessor organization, Investor Services, starting in 2013. Prior to that, Okan was the Global Head of Institutional FX and Local Markets Sales and Head of CEEMEA Sales. He held various leadership roles in Structured Product Sales in Europe and led the Derivatives Marketing Team for European Investors as well as the Derivatives Marketing business in Germany.
Earlier in his Citi career, Okan developed and led the Derivatives and Capital Markets Origination business with European Sovereigns and Frequent Issuers and, prior to that, was responsible for the Derivatives coverage of Switzerland. Prior to Citi, Okan worked at Koc Holding in Turkey, where he helped to develop and execute the strategy of its automotive division. Okan holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering and an MBA with a major in finance from Bosphorus University in Istanbul.

Shahmir Khaliq is the Global Head of Treasury and Trade Solutions in Citi’s Institutional Clients Group and is responsible for managing Treasury and Trade Solutions globally. This multi-billion dollar business is one of the largest global businesses within Citi’s Institutional Clients Group encompassing integrated working capital solutions serving public sector clients, corporates and financial institutions.
Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) helps enable clients succeed by providing an integrated suite of innovative and tailored cash management and trade finance services to multinational corporations, financial institutions and public sector organizations across the globe. Based on the foundation of the industry's largest proprietary network with banking licenses in over 90 countries and globally integrated technology platforms, TTS continues to lead the way in offering a comprehensive range of digitally enabled treasury, trade and liquidity management solutions.
Shahmir joined Citibank in 1991 in Pakistan as a Management Associate in the Institutional Bank – he left the bank in 1993 to pursue his post graduate education in 1993 and rejoined Citi Pakistan (Banking) in 1995.
During his career at Citi, he has held leadership roles within Banking, Country Management (CCO), Markets & Securities Services, and Treasury services.
Previous to his appointment as the Global Head of TTS in 2021, he was Head of Operations and Technology for the Treasury and Trade Services (TTS) business. Prior to taking this role, Shahmir was the Global Head of Direct Custody & Clearingwithin Markets and Securities Services since 2017.
Previously, Shahmir led the North America Investor Services business, covering Prime Finance, Futures and the Securities Services franchise for four years (2014-2018). Post the financial crisis (2012-2013), he was the global business lead optimizing the ICG’s global client footprint. He has spent time in country and regional leadership roles – serving as Country (CCO) / Cluster Head for Citi’s Central European business based out of Prague / Bucharest from 2005 through 2012. Shahmir also ran the Energy and Metals Corporate Bank franchise for CEEMEA for almost three years (2003/2005) prior to taking on his CCO role.
Shahmir is a Senior Credit Officer (Business SCO Level 2) since 2004 for Citi - and has degrees in finance and economics from the London Business School (Msc) and London School of Economics in addition to an MBA from the University of Karachi.
