Jane Fraser is the Chief Executive Officer of Citi, the world's most global bank, serving millions of consumers, businesses and institutions across 160 countries and jurisdictions. She is the first female CEO in the firm’s history.

Jane has deep experience across Citi’s consumer and institutional businesses and, in many ways, she helped shape Citi into the company it is today. Before becoming CEO in February 2021, she was President of Citi and CEO of the Global Consumer Bank, responsible for all of Citi’s Consumer businesses, including Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Credit Cards, Mortgage and Operations and Technology in 19 markets.

Before that, she was the Chief Executive Officer of Citigroup Latin America from 2015 to 2019. From 2013 to 2015, she was the Chief Executive Officer of the U.S. Consumer and Commercial Banking and CitiMortgage. From 2009 to 2013, Jane served as the Chief Executive Officer of Citi's Global Private Bank. Prior, Jane was the Global Head of Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions for Citi from 2007 to 2009. She joined Citi in 2004 in the Corporate and Investment Banking division.

Before joining Citi, Jane was a Partner at McKinsey & Company. She started her career at Goldman Sachs in the Mergers & Acquisitions department in London and then worked for Asesores Bursátiles in Madrid, Spain.

She is Vice Chair for Partnership for New York City and a member of the Harvard Business School’s Board of Dean’s Advisors, the Stanford Global Advisory Board, the Economic Club of New York and the Council on Foreign Relations. Jane has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an M.A. in economics from Cambridge University. She is married with two children.

Paco Ybarra is CEO of Citi’s Institutional Clients Group, which comprises Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory, Markets and Securities Services, Treasury and Trade Solutions and the Citi Private Bank. He is a member of the Citi Executive Management Team, Chairman of the Institutional Clients Group Risk Management Committee and serves as a Member of the Board of Grupo Financiero Citibanamex, S.A. de C.V.

Prior assuming his current role in May 2019, Mr. Ybarra was Global Head of Markets and Securities Services. Mr. Ybarra joined the bank in 1987 in Spain as a Management Associate. During his career, he has held positions in Spain, Mexico, Singapore, New York and London. In November 2006, he became Co-Head of Global Fixed Income and in 2011, he was appointed Global Head of Markets. In November 2013, his responsibilities were expanded to include the Securities Services businesses. He was then appointed Deputy Head of the Institutional Clients Group in October 2018.

Mr. Ybarra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Valencia in Spain and an MBA from I.E.S.E. in Barcelona. He is a member of the Board of Directors of EMPower in the United Kingdom, which supports local organizations in emerging markets countries that provide at-risk youth with the tools and resources they need to lead healthy, productive lives, and is a member of the Alumni Board of the IESE Business School.

David Livingstone was named Citi’s first Chief Client Officer in September 2023. In this capacity, David is responsible for driving the delivery of Citi’s coverage and capabilities to clients and enhancing the client experience globally. David is a member of Citi’s Executive Management Team, which he joined in 2019. Previously, David served for almost five years as Chief Executive Officer of Citi’s activities in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Under his leadership, Citi grew all of its businesses in the region, including expanding the Commercial Bank. He also helped Citi to navigate the pandemic and led the firm’s response to the war in Ukraine and the resulting sanctions against Russia. From 2016 to 2019, David was Citi Country Officer for Australia and New Zealand and a member of Citi’s Asia Pacific Executive Management Team. David joined Citi in 2016 from Credit Suisse, where he was Vice Chairman of the Investment Banking and Capital Markets Division and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions for the EMEA region. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Credit Suisse Australia from 2010 to 2013. David joined Credit Suisse in 2007 from HSBC, where he was Head of EMEA Investment Banking Advisory. Prior to that, he worked at the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. for over 16 years in a variety of senior roles in the investment banking division. David holds a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Economics from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia, and a Master of Arts degree in Law from Jesus College at the University of Cambridge.

Tyler Dickson is Co-Head of Citi’s Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory division. He is a member of the Institutional Clients Group Management committee, the Global Markets Management committee, and Global Banking & Coverage Leadership committees.

Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory encompasses all corporate and investment banking activities including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and lending around the world.

Tyler first joined the Salomon Brother’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group in 1989. He subsequently moved to Equity Capital Markets and held numerous leadership positions including Salomon’s Head of Global Convertibles and Equity Derivatives, Salomon Smith Barney’s Head of U.S. Equity Capital Markets and
Citigroup’s Head of Global Equity Capital Markets.

In 2007, Citi combined their Equity and Debt Capital Markets businesses and Tyler was appointed Global Head of the newly combined unit. Subsequently, his responsibilities were expanded to include Securitized Products, Structured Finance, Agency & Trust and Depositary Receipts Services. In September 2018, he was appointed Co-Head of Citi’s newly combined Capital Markets and Corporate & Investment Banking businesses.

Tyler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Dartmouth.

Manuel is Citi’s Global Co-Head of Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory. A member of the Institutional Clients Group Management committee and Champion for the Women & Diversity network for Citi in the EMEA region.

Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory encompasses all corporate and investment banking activities including coverage, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and lending around the world.

Prior to this role, Manuel was Head of Corporate and Investment Banking for Europe, Middle East & Africa, Citi Country Officer for Spain and Head of Banking for Iberia, where he built one of the most successful franchises in the country. Manuel has advised on numerous key transactions led by Citi in EMEA during his career.

Before joining Citi in 1998, Manuel worked for SG Warburg and SBC Warburg in M&A and Capital Markets for 10 years, in London and Madrid.
