Ayesa Latif is a Managing Director and Head of the EMEA Electronic Foreign Exchange Sales Team at Citi. Citi is an industry leader in FX with presence in over 70 countries with market share of over 10% globally and the e-commerce business is a core component of their strategy to stay at the top of the market.

Ayesa and her team are responsible for the distribution of Citi’s award winning FX trading platforms Velocity and Pulse and the design and delivery of electronic solutions to top institutional clients to solve for their FX trading needs.

Ayesa joined Citi in 2016 from Goldman Sachs where she held a similar role.

Nadine is responsible for leading the development of Digital Asset Services for Citi’s Securities Services business. Joining Citi in 2006, she spent over twelve years as a Director in Global Product Development for the custody business, responsible for the developing on-exchange clearing and settlement services across Citi’s custody network. During this time Nadine also started exploring custody services for digital assets as part of a Citi Ventures’ D10X project in 2017. Today, she continues this work on building digital asset capabilities. At her time with Citi, she was also EMEA Marketing Head of Financial Institutions for Citi’s Global Transaction Services business and prior to this was Asia Pacific Financial Institutions marketing head for GTS based in Hong Kong.  

Before working with Citi, Nadine spent 11 years at KPMG in business development with their Hong Kong and China practice and began her career as a consultant in the Australian audit practice. Nadine has a Masters of Business and a Bachelor of Business (Finance and Accounting) from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

Ope Olomo is an innovation catalyst and blockchain lead at the Citi Innovation Lab in Dublin. He is responsible for originating, accelerating and delivering new ideas and solutions that will future-proof our business, while delivering improved value and experience to Citi clients.

Originally from Nigeria, Ope has over 20 years' experience across IT and Banking.

Emanuela is the Global Co-Head of Cross Border Payments and Receivables, in this capacity she is responsible for the management of a very broad and competitively differentiated suite of cross border payments solutions into over 200 countries. Emanuela also leads the product development function in partnership with Markets. Recent innovation allows clients to pay close to real time into bank accounts (Instant Payments) and into Alternative Payment Methods across borders and currencies.

She has been with Citibank for a number of years and held various roles within product management in payments as well as a role in Strategy and Financial Planning & Analysis in New York. Before joining Citi in 2003, Emanuela worked for five years at Goldman Sachs in New York in both M&A and Equity Research.

Emanuela holds a Master’s degree in Economics from New York University (USA) and a degree magna cum laude in Economics and Commerce from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice (Italy).

She has served as a Non-Executive Director of HealthBeacon plc prior to the company’s IPO, she is very enthusiastic about sport and a passionate Yoga practitioner. She is originally from Venice Italy and currently lives in Dublin, Ireland with her husband Jim and their two sons.
