Alternatively, go to the Google Play™ Store or Apple App Store® and search for CitiDirect BE. Use your existing CitiDirect BE credentials to authenticate and login to the App. The App is currently available in select markets and can be downloaded on Mobile as well as Tablet devices.
Key functions available via CitiDirect BE App:
- Authorize and release payments
- Push Notifications
- View Balances, Intra day cash positions and payments status
- Desktop login via Biometric Authentication*
- User authorization, deactivation, reset

Simply login to the CitiDirect BE App, navigate to Authorise tab under Payments. All payments pending action from the user will be listed here. Authorisers can also enable Push Notifications in App settings to receive alerts on Payments Pending Action.
Biometric authentication is now available in key markets to provide easy access to CitiDirect BE® on desktop and mobile. It is a digital authentication method that utilizes a user’s unique physical traits and the built-in biometrics sensors on the user’s mobile device, such as fingerprint and facial recognition, to securely access CitiDirect BE.
To start using Biometrics, simply download the CitiDirect BE App and in the Settings, turn on “Enable biometrics” and “Desktop sign in using Biometrics”. Watch this video on how Biometrics Authentication for desktop login works:
